The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 40(3) of the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 20061, hereby make the following Order:
Citation and extent1

This Order may be cited as the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 2006 (Commencement) (Scotland) Order 2006.

This Order extends to Scotland only.
Appointed day2
31st December 2006 is the appointed day for the coming into force of sections 19 to 31, and section 39(2) and (3) of the London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games Act 2006.
