In Part XI of the Schedule (other fees) for “For each Certificate issued” to the end substitute–

“1.

For each Certificate issued under the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 19829

£ 30.00

2.

For each Certificate of Custody when a deed is retained for permanent preservation

£ 20.00”
