The Regulation of Scallop Dredges (Scotland) Revocation Order 2006

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 15(3) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 19671 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

Citation and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Scallop Dredges (Scotland) Revocation Order 2006 and shall come into force on 9th December 2006.

Revocation2.

The Regulation of Scallop Dredges (Scotland) Order 20052 is revoked.
