The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 87 and 88(2) of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005(1), and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order a draft of which has, in accordance with section 88(4) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
