The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 22(1) and (2) of the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion Act 20021, hereby make the following Order:
Citation and extent1

This Order may be cited as the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion Act 2002 (Commencement No. 10) (Scotland) Order 2006.

This Order extends to Scotland only.
Appointed day2
28th September 2006 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion Act 20022 in so far as that Act is not already in force.
