The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 1 and 4 of schedule 1 to the Transport (Scotland) Act 20011 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Road User Charging Schemes (Keeping of Accounts and Relevant Expenses) (Scotland) Regulations 2005 Revocation Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 30th September 2006.
Revocation2
The Road User Charging Schemes (Keeping of Accounts and Relevant Expenses) (Scotland) Regulations 20052 are revoked.
