Coming into force
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 26, 105(7) and 108(1) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Ophthalmic Services) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2006 and shall come into force on 1st July 2006.
Amendment of the National Health Service (General Ophthalmic Services) (Scotland) Regulations 20062

The National Health Service (General Ophthalmic Services) (Scotland) Regulations 20062are amended as follows.

In regulation 7(7) (application for inclusion in Ophthalmic List and notification of changes), for “then” substitute “than”.

In paragraph 2(c) of Schedule 1 (incorporation of provisions) for “the National Health Service (Service Committees and Tribunal) (Scotland) Regulation 1992” substitute “the National Health Service (Discipline Committees) (Scotland) Regulations 20063”.
