The Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) (Scotland) Order 2006

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 94(3)(a) of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 20031, hereby make the following Order:

Citation and extent1.

(1)

This Order may be cited as the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 (Commencement No. 2) (Scotland) Order 2006.

(2)

This Order extends to Scotland only.

Appointed day2.

The day appointed for the coming into force of sections 37 to 41 of the Crime (International Co-operation) Act 2003 is 11th June 2006.
