CHARITIES

These Regulations provide for the detailed accounting requirements that a charity registered in the Scottish charity register must follow. It applies to charities with a financial year which begins on or after 1st April 2006.

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(4) and (5) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 20051, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
