Savings provisions
11. Notwithstanding commencement of its repeal in schedule 3, the Legitimation (Scotland) Act 1968(1) shall continue to have effect on and after 4th May 2006 as it had effect immediately before that date for the purposes of the determination of any question as to the succession to or devolution of any title, honour or dignity.
