This Order brings into force on 29th January 2006 sections 176 and 177 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006 (asp 1). Section 176 amends the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004 (asp 8), and section 177 amends the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 10).
