<Text>This Order amends the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004 (Commencement and Savings) Order 2004.</Text>
</P>

<Text>Article 2 changes the date upon which the remaining provisions of Parts 7 and 8 of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 2004 shall come into force. The date is changed from 31st March 2006 to 30th April 2006.</Text>
