2. The table of fees to be charged for inspection, search and making copies of any records transmitted to the Keeper of the Records of Scotland(1) shall be as set out in the Schedule to this Act of Sederunt.
The Keeper of the Records of Scotland is supported in the discharge of his functions under the Public Records (Scotland) Act 1937 (c. 43) by the National Archives of Scotland, an office formerly known as the Scottish Record Office.
