Amendments to the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978

2.  The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978(1) is amended as follows–

(a) in article 6(2), for “28th February 2005” substitute “20th February 2006”(2);

(b) for Schedule 1 to the 1978 Order (approved disinfectants) substitute the Schedule set out in Schedule 1 to this Order; and

(c) for Schedule 2 to the 1978 Order (approved disinfectants subject to transitional provisions) substitute the Schedule set out in Schedule 2 to this Order.
