Citation, commencement and extent S

1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Bovine Products (Restriction on Placing on the Market) (Scotland) (No. 2) Regulations 2005 and come into force on 1st January 2006.

(2) These Regulations extend to Scotland only.
