7. The County of Ross and Cromarty (Allt Ach a'Braighe) Water Order 1968(1) made under the seal of the Secretary of State for Scotland, dated 23rd April 1968, approving the Minute of Agreement between Philip Sydney Henman and the County Council of Ross and Cromarty dated 7th and 26th September 1967, is hereby revoked with effect from 31st December 2007.
