Appointed day for commencement of Part 2 and Part 3 of, and schedules 1 and 2 to, the Act2.

Subject to article 3(2), the appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act is 31st December 2005–

(a)

Part 2;

(b)

Part 3 (so far as not already in force)3;

(c)

schedule 1 (so far as not already in force)4; and

(d)

schedule 2.
