Amendment of Schedule 21 to the Civil Partnership Act 20042.

In Schedule 21 to the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (references to stepchildren etc. in existing Acts) at the appropriate places insert–
  • “Paragraph 2(a) of Schedule 1 to the Damages (Scotland) Act 19762;”;
  • “Section 71(3)(c) of the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 20033;
  • Section 254(6)(b) of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 20034.”.
