The Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34(2)(b) and 35(1) of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 20041, hereby make the following Order:
Citation1
This Order may be cited as the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005.
Appointed Day2
All the provisions of the Education (Additional Support for Learning) (Scotland) Act 2004, so far as not then in force, shall come into force on 14th November 2005 for all purposes excepting sections 20 and 24 and paragraph 3(7)(a) of Schedule 3 which shall not come into force on that date and in the case of paragraph 3(5) of Schedule 2 the power to make regulations shall not come into force on that date.
