(a)the Equal Pay Act 1970 (c. 41),
(b)the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (c. 65,
(c)the Race Relations Act 1976 (c. 74),
(d)the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (c. 50),
(e)the Employment Equality (Sexual Orientation) Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/1661); or
(f)the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003 (S.I. 2003/1660).
