Amendment to the Plant Health Fees (Scotland) Regulations 1996 2 For Schedule 2 (fees in respect of licensing services) to the Plant Health Fees (Scotland) Regulations 1996 substitute Schedule 2 as contained in the Schedule to these Regulations. (a) The fees shown in column 3 are the fees that were payable in terms of regulation 4 and Schedule 2 to these Regulations prior to the coming into force of the Plant Health Fees (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2005 (S.S.I. 2005/555).
1 Consideration of an application for the issue of a licence and the performance of any connected service, including the issue of a licence for articles imported for the following purposes–
a scientific 65.0055.00

i potato breeders' and other quarantine material 65.0055.00

These Regulations, which come into force on 5th December 2005, increase certain fees in respect of licensing services chargeable under regulation 4 and Schedule 2 to the Plant Health Fees (Scotland) Regulations 1996 (regulation 2).
