The Common Services Agency (Membership and Procedure) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2005

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 10(2) and 105(7) and 108(1) of, and paragraphs 3A and 8 of Schedule 5 to, the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 19781 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
