Revocations

2.  The following Orders are hereby revoked–

(i) the Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Order 2003(1);

(ii) the Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2003(2); and

(iii) the Victim Statements (Prescribed Offences) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2004(3).
