SCHEDULE 2INCIDENTAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO AUTHORITY

Remuneration of members

21.

The Authority may–

(a)

pay to a member of the Authority such salary, fee, allowance and expenses as the Authority may determine; and

(b)

make provision for, or pay to or in respect of a person who is or has been a member of the Authority such pension, grant or life benefit as the Authority may determine.
