The Inverness Harbour Revision (Works) Order 2005

Whereas the Trustees of the Harbour of Inverness have applied in writing to the Scottish Ministers for a Harbour Revision Order under section 14 of the Harbours Act 19641;

And whereas the Scottish Ministers2 have in pursuance of paragraph 1A of Schedule 3 to the said Act3, determined that the application is made in relation to a project which falls within Annex II to Council Directive 85/337/EEC4 on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment but whose characteristics require that it should be made subject to an environmental assessment;
