These modifications are consequential and supplemental to the <Citation URI="http://www.legislation.gov.uk/id/asp/2003/13" id="c00066" Class="ScottishAct" Year="2003" Number="0013">Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 13)</Citation> (“the 2003 Act”). The Order also makes modification to the 2003 Act to ensure that the purposes of the 2003 Act may be fully achieved and that full effect is given to the provisions of the Act.</Text>
