The Mental Health (Class of Nurse) (Scotland) Revocation Order 2005

Coming into force in accordance with article 1

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 25(2) and (6) of the Mental Health (Scotland) Act 19841 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:

Citation and commencement1.

This Order may be cited as the Mental Health (Class of Nurse) (Scotland) Revocation Order 2005 and shall come into force immediately before 5th October 2005.

Revocation of Order2.

The Mental Health (Class of Nurse) (Scotland) Order 19942 is revoked.

This Order revokes the Mental Health (Class of Nurse) (Scotland) Order 1994 immediately before 5th October 2005.

This avoids this Order being deemed to have effect on and after 5 October 2005 as if made under section 299 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 (asp 13) by virtue of section 299(9) of that Act.
