In paragraph 15(1) of Schedule 8 to the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 (transitional provisions)–
a
for “fire authority” where it firstly occurs, substitute “appropriate authority”; and
b
for “a fire authority” substitute “an appropriate authority”.
