Act of Sederunt (Registration Appeal Court) (No. 2) 2005

The Lords of Council and Session, under and by virtue of the powers conferred upon them by section 57(2) of the Representation of the People Act 19831 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, do hereby enact and declare:

Citation and commencement1

This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Registration Appeal Court) (No.2) 2005 and shall come into force on 1st August 2005.

This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.

Registration Appeal Court2

The court for hearing appeals under section 57(1)(b) of the Representation of the People Act 1983 shall consist of the Right Honourable Lord Abernethy, the Right Honourable Lord Nimmo Smith and the Honourable Lord Emslie.

The Act of Sederunt (Registration Appeal Court) 20052 is revoked.
