Citation, commencement and interpretation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st July 2005.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts) (Scotland) Regulations 2004(1).
