Amendment to the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Payments out of Grants for Housing Support Services) Order 20032.
St Andrew’s House, Edinburgh
This Order further amends the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Payments out of Grants for Housing Support Services) Order 2003. This Order reinstates the requirement for a provider of a housing support service which is a care service and is paid by a local authority out of grants provided by the Scottish Ministers under the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 10), to be registered under the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 8).
It revokes the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Payments out of Grants for Housing Support Services) Amendment Order (No. 2) 2004, which removed the above requirement for registration under the Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 (asp 8).
