This Order establishes The Adam Smith College, Fife. That college is under the control of a board of management in terms of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992. The Order therefore designates the name of the College as The Adam Smith College, Fife and establishes the body corporate to be known as “the Board of Management of The Adam Smith College, Fife”.
