Explanatory Note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings into force on 6th April the following provisions of the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005–

• sections 82 and 87; and

• sections 11, 16, 40, 57, 58 and 78 so far as these sections enable orders or regulations to be made.
