The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(5A) of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 19681, section 245K(5) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 19952 and section 141(2)(a) of the Antisocial Behaviour etc. (Scotland) Act 20043 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
