The Mental Health (Fee Payable to Designated Medical Practitioners) (Scotland) Regulations 2005

Coming into force

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 233(6) of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 20031 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement1

These Regulations may be cited as the Mental Health (Fee Payable to Designated Medical Practitioners) (Scotland) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 5th October 2005.

Prescribed fee2

The fee prescribed for the purposes of section 233(6) of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 (fee payable to designated medical practitioners for or in connection with the discharge of any function conferred on them by virtue of Part 16 of that Act) is £137.14.
