This Order appoints 1st April 2005 as the date for coming into force of sections 1 to 70 and schedules 1 to 4 of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 2003.

Section 71 of that Act came into force on Royal Assent on 1st May 2003.
