As soon as reasonably practicable after its annual statement of accounts is prepared the Board shall submit the statement to the Preses of the Trust Body.

The Board shall make a copy of the annual statement of accounts available, for a period of three months from the date of the annual general meeting to which it is submitted, , at the offices of the Board for inspection free of charge by members of the public and shall, subject to the payment of a reasonable charge, supply a copy of the statement to any person who requests to be supplied with a copy.
