In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in the definition of “Directive 2001/15” insert at the end “, as amended by Commission Directive 2004/5/EC5 and as read with Commission Directive 2004/6/EC6 derogating from Directive 2001/15/EC to postpone the application of the prohibition of trade to certain products”.
