Restrictions on the sale of processed CEREAL-BASED foods and baby foods4.
No person shall sell any processed cereal-based food or baby food unless–
(a)
it complies with the requirements of regulations 5 to 7 as to manufacture and composition; and
(b)
it is labelled in accordance with regulation 8.
