Making and acceptance of elections4
In regulation 3–
a
in paragraph (3)(a) after “absence from work” insert “due to ill-health”;
b
at the end of paragraph (3)(b) insert “on the date on which the notice of such an election is received by the Scottish Ministers”;
c
after paragraph (7) insert–

The Scottish Ministers shall notify in writing the person who has made an election under paragraph (1) of their acceptance of that election.
