The Private Hire Vehicles (Carriage of Guide Dogs etc.) Act 2002 (Commencement No. 1) (Scotland) Order 2004

The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2) of the Private Hire Vehicles (Carriage of Guide Dogs etc.) Act 20021, hereby make the following Order:

Citation1.

This Order may be cited as the Private Hire Vehicles (Carriage of Guide Dogs etc.) Act 2002 (Commencement No. 1) (Scotland) Order 2004.

Commencement of section 2 of the Private Hire Vehicles (Carriage of Guide Dogs etc.) Act 20022.

Section 2 of the Private Hire Vehicles (Carriage of Guide Dogs etc.) Act 2002 shall come into force on 31st March 2004.

This Order brings into force section 2 of the Private Hire Vehicles (Carriage of Guide Dogs etc.) Act 2002. The Act received Royal Assent on 7th November 2002. Section 6 came into force on Royal Assent.

The following provisions of the Private Hire Vehicles (Carriage of Guide Dogs etc.) Act 2002 have been brought into force by commencement order made before the date of this Order.
