Amendments to the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978

2.  The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978(1) shall be amended as follows:–

(a) in article 6(2) for “31st August 2003” substitute “28th February 2005”(2);

(b) for Schedule 1 (approved disinfectants), substitute the Schedule set out in Schedule 1 to this Order; and

(c) for Schedule 2 (approved disinfectants subject to transitional provisions), substitute the Schedule set out in Schedule 2 to this Order.
