The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(1) of the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 19791 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and after consultation with the Lord President of the Court of Session in accordance with that section, hereby make the following Rules:
