The Scottish Hospital Trust (Transfer of Property) Regulations 2004

The Scottish Ministers in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5(2) and 18(2) of the Public Appointments and Public Bodies etc. (Scotland) Act 20031, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf and after consultation with the Scottish Hospital Trust and all Health Boards and NHS trusts in accordance with section 5(3) of that Act, hereby make the following Regulations, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 18(4) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:
