Commencement2.
The following provisions of the Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004 shall come into force on 1st October 2004:–
(a)
section 15(2);
(b)
section 50 and schedule 6;
(c)
section 51; and
(d)
section 54.
The following provisions of the Nature Conservation (Scotland) Act 2004 shall come into force on 1st October 2004:–
