2. Section 32 (multi-national practices) of the Law Reform (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1990 shall, in so far as it is not then in force(1), come into force on 1st October 2004.
Section 32 was commenced by S.I. 1993/641 with effect from 17th March 1993 only in respect of provisions relating to the making of rules and orders in section 60A(2), (3) and (5) to (8) of the Solicitors (Scotland) Act 1980 (c. 46).
