In article 101(4) (transitory modification of the National Health Service (Vocational Training for General Medical Practice) (Scotland) Regulations 1998) of the General Medical Services and Section 17C Agreements (Transitional and Other Ancillary Provisions) (Scotland) Order 2004(1) for “(iii) maternity medical services only.” substitute–
“(iii)maternity medical services only;
(iv)minor surgery services only; or
(v)any combination of the services mentioned in paragraphs (i) to (iv) above;”.
