Amendment to the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Payments out of Grants for Housing Support Services) Order 2003

2.  In paragraph 3 of Part I of the Schedule to the Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 (Payments out of Grants for Housing Support Services) Order 2003(1) omit “, and, where the service so provided is a care service, the service is registered under the 2001 Act”.
