The Town and Country Planning Appeals (Determination by Appointed Persons) (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Rules 199714 are amended in accordance with Schedule 9 to this Order.

The Town and Country Planning Appeals (Inquiries Procedure) (Scotland) Rules 199715 are amended in accordance with Schedule 10 to this Order.
