Citation, interpretation and extent
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Health Act 1999 (Commencement No. 14) (Scotland) Order 2004.
(2) In this Order–
“the Act” means the Health Act 1999;
“the the Act” means the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978(1).
(3) This Order extends to Scotland only.
